Yes, we know it's the boring bit, but we've tried to keep these T&Cs as readable / short as possible - so please do read them.
By signing up to Hoardar.com you agree to the following terms:

General

• We reserve right to suspend and ultimately remove your account if we consider it to be offensive in any way
• Any activity deemed illegal in the UK, US, EU or your country of origin will result in immediate suspension / removal
• Profanity in tags or items will result in removal or that tag or item and possible suspension of your account
• No offensive material will be tolerated, may be grounds for instant removal
• You must be at least the age listed in the table below to access certain features

Trading

• Whether buying or selling, trading is undertaken at your own risk
• You can only sell things that YOU PERSONALLY own
• Payments are conducted outside of Hoardar, and all trades are the responsibility of the buyer and seller
• Once you have agreed to BUY an item, then you must pay within 3 days
• Once you have accepted payment for an item, you must ship it within 1 week
• We reserve the right to suspend any account that has been reported as not complying to these terms

Marketing / GDPR / Content usage

• We can send you important email communication regarding changes to these terms and other essential information e.g. system changes, security issues
• Your images are owned by you, but hoardar.com maintains the right to use your images or text for promotional purposes so that we are able to reproduce, relink, etc.
• We may offer “cool items” posts that we charge manufacturers or retailers to promote. This can be targeted into a timeline, or blanket across hoardar
• We do not share your info with anyone else
